Dr. Leonardo (Leo) Pinheiro is a Senior Scientist at the Australia’s National Measurement Institute (NMIA) where he has key role on new initiatives of Biometrology group for the development and validation of high accuracy methods for the production of novel nucleic acid reference materials. Leo has been working with PCR technology for over 25 years but is a confessed travel addict and in past has worked as an author for Lonely Planet Publications.
